If you are considering HCG weight loss in Scottsdale, you should know that HCG is not approved by the Food and Drug Administration for weight loss purposes. However, there are no study results as of yet that back up these claims.

The weight loss experienced by people who follow this diet is consistent with the weight loss experienced on any other diet that only allows people to consume 500 calories per day. This type weight loss is very rarely sustainable. Those who do lose weight through the hCG diet are very likely to gain their excess weight back over time. Consuming less than 1,200 calories per day can lead to adverse effects, including fatigue and nausea.
