Alicia Earley is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner starting her career in Boston, MA providing care in hospitals, nursing homes and emergency rooms. Throughout her career, she has worked with diverse patient populations, managing conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, heart disease driven in large by obesity. This experience naturally led her to focus on disease prevention and long-term health optimization.

In her most recent role in internal medicine disease management, Alicia specialized in helping patients reduce cardiometabolic risk through early intervention, lifestyle change, and evidence-based medical treatment. She brings this same prevention-focused mindset into her weight loss practice, recognizing that sustainable weight management is deeply connected to metabolic health, daily habits, and individualized support.

Her approach combines medical weight loss therapies with practical lifestyle coaching and whole-person care. She believes patients succeed when they feel heard, educated, and empowered — not judged or rushed.

Outside the clinic, Alicia practices what she teaches. She enjoys cooking nourishing meals at home, strength training, and keeping up with her three active children — experiences that keep her grounded in the realities of building healthy routines in busy lives.

I am so very glad I did!  The team in Glendale is so supportive and kind; and when I feel discouraged, they pick me up with positive energy and input.  They really do a great job with encouragement all the time.

6 weeks in I've lost 17 pounds, and am approaching weight loss with a very new perspective.  Also knowing that when I reach my target goal, they'll be there through maintenance and beyond is encouraging as well.  Good to not feel alone on this journey.
