I just wanted to take a moment and send you a note expressing my profound gratitude for your work, support and guidance that has helped me steer my life in a new and better direction. My wife found this photo from before we started working together and it honestly brought me to tears. It reminded me of how deep my despair was at this time, this short time ago before we met. I felt depressed, hopeless but loved nonetheless by my wonderful wife and family. Just viewing this picture makes my knees shake, I was in such a bad place.

I know you say we need to celebrate our wins, our progress but this photo, for me, is also a frightening prompt to continue with my efforts to live a healthy life.

I went shopping after my visit this Friday. I’ve lost 171lbs, I bought a 2x shirt (in the first photo I was wearing 7x) I bought a new pair of black jeans that were at least 18-20″ smaller than that photo. It is unbelievable what we have accomplished! I feel hopeful, desirable to my wife again and capable of doing more. I am enjoying life in a new way and I looking forward to reaching my goals. I feel like someone that dodged a bullet.

I am driven and have a strong sense of commitment and my wife has supported me in an unbelievable way but I want you to know that without you and your wonderful approach and caring guidance I don’t think I would be where I am today. The trust we achieved and the confidence you instilled in us, in my mind, made this effort something achievable. You are a true gem and I count myself fortunate to have met you.

How do I even properly thank someone like you who has helped us so much ? Not to mention your caring and wonderful team Marcela and Bianca, I don’t know… but let me just start by saying thank you, thank you, thank you!!!
