The ones with a positive effect: Weight Loss

- Glucomannan
- Chitosan (proven short term effect only)
The ones with a negative effect: No Weight Loss
- Guar Gum
- Bitter Orange (Citrus Aurantium)

- CLA (conjugated linoleic acid)
