“I hit my goal weight in April and then lowered it even more. I feel GREAT and my family and friends have witnessed a total transformation. I am happier, healthier, more active and confident. Many people tell me I look younger too! I lost 7 inches off of my waist and I’m down 3 dress sizes.”

The hardest part was managing temptations at social functions. I found that asking for support from others and having a plan helped tremendously. When I started walking at least 10,000 steps a day I noticed the weight started to really come off. I have added spin classes, hot yoga and just started taking ballroom dancing lessons!

I attribute my success to Medical meal replacements, the accountability of weighing in every week and the classes. I attended all 20 classes and I am sure I will repeat several. The classes help so much in learning the importance of having a plan, being mindful and conquering all types of hunger. I have more tools for success now than ever and I am very confident that I will be able to maintain my weight now.

I can’t say enough about how wonderful the staff is at SWLC. Every time I walk in I am greeted by name and welcomed with a smile. Dr. Z is compassionate, encouraging and inspirational. I decided GLP-1 meds were the next step in losing more and keeping it off.  I wanted a medical doctor supervised program and chose SWLC. I am so very glad I did!  The team in Glendale is so supportive and kind; and when I feel discouraged, they pick me up with positive energy and input.
