Scottsdale Core Class SeriesOne aspect that is constant among all of our programs is our core class series. This 20 week series of classes covers multiple aspects that are important to the loss and maintenance of a healthy weight. Class topics range from identifying emotional eating, the use of a hunger scale, and choosing proper protein sources to eating while traveling. The classes are taught by our expert team of behavioral psychologists, dieticians and exercise therapists. Studies have shown that patients, who attend weight loss classes in addition to seeing a physician for weight loss, lose more weight and keep the weight off longer. Scottsdale Weight Loss Center is dedicated to our educational program. We have built 2 large state of the art classrooms in our office with classes on most days of the week including Saturdays and covering many different time slots. |
