Our OPTIFAST® Full-Formula ProgramThe OPTIFAST Full Formula Program replaces your normal diet with a calorie-controlled formula that contains all of the nutrients you need while you lose weight. The program uses OPTIFAST formulawhich is available in a variety of delicious flavors and as shakes, soups or bars. With this program, you don't have to hassle with counting calories or worry about everything you eat. By eliminating your need for traditional food entirely for the duration of this program, this option uses the clinically proven technique of stimuli-narrowing. Although it may seem like a severe approach to weight loss, you will find it easier to adhere to the diet because of the limited food choices it provides. Consider it a temporary vacation from traditional food choices. With this program, you can safely lose 3-5 pounds until you reach your weight loss goal.
