“I did a lot of research into which weight loss option was right for me and I knew from the moment I called for my consultation I had made the right decision. Dan: 64 lb Weight Loss

I often think about my success at SWLC and reflect back on how it was that I got here. After all, my quest to lose weight started over a decade ago and unfortunately, I must admit, it did not start with SWLC. Rather it began in the deepest recesses and darkest depths of the dieting world: The Fad Diet. The allure of which is self evident but with every inevitable failure looms the self-perpetuating downward spiral of confidence, motivation and hope.

And spiral I did!
