We are so proud of Carol and Martin’s dedication and hard work to reach their goals. Carol has lost 58.5 pounds and has lowered her BMI from 43 to 34! Martin has lost 67.5 pounds and reduced his body fat by 11.5 %! The couple has achieved these successes in only 4 short months and are more than half way to reaching their overall weight loss goals!

Beverly has been on our full meal replacement program for 20 weeks and has lost 68 pounds!
She has gone from 230 pounds with a BMI of 34.5 to a very slimming 162 pounds and now has a “normal” BMI of 24.6.
